If you are in Nice, do visit Vence!! beautiful little town across from the tourist invaded Saint Paul de Vence.My cousin Jacques Bissieres (once won the medal as one of France's top chef) has a great little restaurant Le Vieux Couvent in Vence. Exeptional dishes and very reasonable. Just mention that Francine sent you... you will be received with open arms.
