ReplyDeleteWhat gorgous photos and sentiments, dear Janet. Being a woman in this society is quite challenging, as well All know. And the women that can do it ALL that we do and still mantain everything with dignity, class, and thoughtfulness truly stand out to me. These are called "Superwomen" to my son and to me. Well, because everyone he loves is a hero (Batman, Spiderman, Luke Skywalker, etc...). But, any woman that maintains her sanity in this crazy world and still has time to think of someone else with grace and compassion is a superhero to me. That would be you, my Mom and a very few handful of exceptional and special women in my life. These are true gems to be cherished.

ReplyDeleteYes, being a woman is definitely magical. Many of us even have had the privilege of experiencing the maturation of our children in our womb and then we get the joy of holding our dear children close to us in our bosom--a safe and comforting place.
Another thing I love about being a woman is our soft, soothing voices, and-of course- wearing pink, ruffles, flowers, and dresses!
