Oh, I so love the changing seasons, Janet, and Autumn is a lovely one and always reminds me of my son's wedding.as he got married last October. Love your sentiments...That corridor that we're walking through is getting a bit short, now, for me !!!! The doors are closing but there aren't so many up ahead !!!!

ReplyDeleteI am right there with you this weekend! I awoke during the night to heavy rain (which we desperately needed) and this morning is cool and gray. I will take it! I think I will put on some layers and head to the Saturday market for some produce to make a wonderful stew for this evening~

Every season has its perks. Wish I had an outdoor fireplace (I'll always regret the French one that got away at a Napa concrete yard...). The roses still bloom and the golden leaves scatter along the roadway. When the kids were young we'd head to Sebastapol and buy every apple variety we could get our hands on. XO Trish
